These terms cover your use of the Stmnt app. By downloading or using Stmnt, you agree to them. Auto-renewable subscriptions are additionally governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Using Stmnt
Stmnt helps you analyze your own bank statements. You are responsible for the documents you upload and for using the app in line with your bank's terms and applicable law. Do not upload statements or data that are not yours or that you do not have the right to process.
Not financial advice
Stmnt provides analysis, categorization, forecasts, and AI-generated insights for information only. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Automated extraction and categorization can contain errors, so review the results before relying on them and consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
Subscriptions and payment
Stmnt Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's subscription settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Apple's Standard EULA applies to the licensed application, and Apple's usual refund policies apply to purchases.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content are owned by the developer and provided to you under a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and some rely on third-party services (such as the AI provider or exchange-rate data) that can be unavailable at times. We may update or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
Disclaimer and liability
Stmnt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output.
