These terms cover how you use Stmnt. Downloading or using the app means you agree to them. Subscriptions are also covered by Apple's standard license agreement for apps.

Using Stmnt

Stmnt is for analyzing your own bank statements. The documents you upload are your responsibility, as is using the app within your bank's terms and the law where you are. Please do not upload statements that are not yours, or that you do not have the right to process.

Not financial advice

Stmnt gives you analysis, categories, forecasts and AI-written insights for information only. None of it is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Reading and sorting statements automatically can get things wrong, so check the results before you rely on them, and talk to a qualified professional before making a financial decision.

Subscriptions and payment

Stmnt Pro is a subscription that renews automatically, monthly or yearly. Your Apple account is charged when you confirm the purchase. It keeps renewing unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Apple's standard license agreement applies to the app, and Apple's usual refund rules apply to purchases.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its content belong to the developer. You get a personal license to use it, which you cannot transfer to anyone else. Copying, reverse engineering or reselling the app is not allowed, except where the law says otherwise.

Availability and changes

Features change over time, and some depend on outside services, such as the AI provider or exchange-rate data, which are occasionally unavailable. We may update or retire features, and we may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version.

Disclaimer and liability

Stmnt is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Also to the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or knock-on losses that come from using the app or relying on what it produces.
